I was learning to make contractions.  I know that a contraction is two words and we join it together with an apostrophe.  It was easy to make them because you put them together.

I was learning to make compound words.  It was easy because I just put it together with the little words.

Subtracting in tens

I was learning to subtract in tens.  It was really hard because I don't know the tens and ones.  I needed a buddy to help me.  I'm going to keep trying to learn my tens and ones.
